Senior Data Analyst

Nawy Proptech is seeking a highly motivated and talented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Data Analyst at Nawy, you will play a key role in leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and improve business performance. You will be responsible for analyzing, and interpreting different datasets to provide actionable insights that inform various departments across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and address data-related challengesPrioritize business requirements within and across projects based on business impactUnderstand business needs to gather, analyze, interpret, and communicate data that informs stakeholders at all levels to make data-informed decisionsReporting the results back to the relevant members of the business and presenting the story of the data in an easily accessible mannerProviding ad-hoc analysis as required to aid management making judgementsDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance metricsPerform advanced data analysis to extract insights, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to support business objectivesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related technical field or equivalent workProven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, 3+ years of experience in a similar positionAdvanced SQL knowledge/experience - complex queries and query optimizationExperienced with data visualization tools such as: Tableau, Looker or PowerBIHands-on experience with programming languagesStrong understanding of statistical conceptsFamiliarity with data warehouse development and data modelingHighly detailed oriented, must display passion for analytics and data visualizationData manipulation skills and experience in identifying numerical trendsSelf driven, highly motivated, fast learner, ambitious and creative
