Works closely with stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver and implement MDM solutions (Ivanti, Intune, Workspace ONE) Gather requirements and design secure, scalable solutions Configure device enrollment (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS) Apply security policies, compliance rules, and integrations (AD, Azure AD, SSO, VPN) Support UAT, documentation, and knowledge transfer Provide L2/L3 support and troubleshoot complex issues Support presales activities when needed RequirementsBachelor’s degree in IT or related field 4–7 years of experience in MDM or endpoint management Experience with Ivanti MobileIron or similar tools Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills Preferred CertificationsIvanti / Intune / Workspace ONE ITIL or security certifications
