• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and product sell through.• Plan and manage 360° campaigns for product launches, promotions, and seasonal activities.• Align marketing initiatives with brand principals and internal sales objectives.• Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and programmatic channels.• Execute and optimize campaigns across retailer and marketplace platforms (e.g., sponsored ads, product placements).• Ensure strong digital shelf presence by optimizing product listings, content, and SEO across e commerce platforms.• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and sales data.• Generate actionable insights to improve ROI, ROAS, and overall campaign effectiveness.• Collaborate with sales teams, brand partners, and retailer marketing teams to ensure alignment.• Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver campaigns efficiently and within budget.• Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new digital growth opportunities. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.4–6+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in mobile, electronics, retail, or distribution.Strong experience in performance marketing and paid media campaign management.Hands-on experience with marketplace and retail media platforms (e.g., Amazon, Noon, or similar).Proven experience working with global brands or principals is a strong advantage.Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and similar tools.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.Excellent command of English (written and spoken).Strong project management and multitasking abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
