This is a full-time, on-site role based in El Minya, where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, mentor junior team members, and ensure high-quality deliverables. You will oversee campaign development from brief to launch, guide creative and digital initiatives, and coordinate with clients to understand goals, present proposals, and report on performance. Daily responsibilities include reviewing and refining creative concepts, managing timelines and priorities, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that all work aligns with brand and business objectives. You will also contribute to process improvements, identify opportunities for growth, and help maintain strong, long-term client relationships.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, social media management, and online campaign execution.Proficiency in overseeing web design and development projects, including websites and mobile applications.Ability to guide creative production for motion graphics, visual content, and print materials.Strong project leadership skills, including planning, prioritization, and coordination of cross-functional teams.Proven client-facing experience with the ability to understand business goals and translate them into actionable strategies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional business context.Experience in a marketing, advertising, or creative agency environment in a senior or lead role.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Comfort working on-site in El Minya, with a collaborative, team-oriented approach and a commitment to inclusive, respectful workplaces.
