Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Developer / Technical Lead with strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to lead development initiatives and provide technical direction to the offshore team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 development, solution architecture, code review, and technical leadership to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-quality solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the Technical Lead for the offshore development team, providing guidance and mentorship to developers.Design and define solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations and enhancements.Establish and enforce technical standards, best practices, and development guidelines.Review, validate, and approve technical designs, code quality, and development deliverables.Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Lead technical discussions, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide effective resolution strategies.Ensure system performance, scalability, security, and maintainability of Dynamics 365 solutions.Participate in solution estimations, technical planning, and project delivery activities.Support integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using APIs, plugins, workflows, and custom development.Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and development standards.Required Skill:7+ years of hands-on technical experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE) development.Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 customization and configuration.Experience with:C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScriptPlugins, Custom Workflows, Power AutomatePower Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate)Dataverse / Common Data Service (CDS)REST APIs, Web Services, IntegrationsStrong understanding of solution architecture and technical design principles.Proven experience in technical leadership, code reviews, and team management.Experience working with offshore/onshore teams.Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualification:Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are preferred.Experience in Azure services, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
