InnovationTeam is looking for a Senior Elastic Path Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of Elastic Path e-commerce solutions for our clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver scalable and high-performing e-commerce platforms tailored to client needs.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and implementation of Elastic Path solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practicesDesign and customize Elastic Path commerce modules including product catalog, promotions, orders, and customer managementIntegrate Elastic Path with various systems such as CRM, ERP, payment gateways, and third-party APIsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, developers, QA, and business analysts to deliver end-to-end e-commerce solutionsEnsure performance optimization, security compliance, and scalability of the Elastic Path platformProvide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and consultantsPrepare technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of development processesStay up-to-date with the latest trends in e-commerce technologies and Elastic Path advancementsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years hands-on experience with Elastic Path platformStrong knowledge of Elastic Path Commerce architecture, APIs, and extension frameworksProficiency in Java development and web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScriptExperience integrating Elastic Path with other enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, or payment gatewaysExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to lead technical discussions and mentor junior team membersStrong customer focus and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
