This is not a traditional clerical role; it requires a seasoned professional with a deep business acumen who can act as an extension of the CCO.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Leadership & Stakeholder ManagementExecutive Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for the CCO, managing communications with internal senior leaders (VPs, C-Suite) and external stakeholders.Meeting & Content Preparation: Build, review, and refine high-stakes presentations, commercial reports, and briefing materials for executive committee and board meetings.Ad-hoc Representation: Attend select alignment meetings on behalf of the CCO to take notes, track deliverables, and report back on action items.2. Project Management & Commercial OperationsCross-Functional Coordination: Track and drive progress on key commercial projects, product launches, or market expansion initiatives sponsored by the CCO.Accountability Tracking: Hold department heads accountable for deliverables requested by the CCO, ensuring deadlines are met before high-level reviews.3. Advanced Executive SupportComplex Calendar Architecture: Intuitively manage an ever-changing, high-volume calendar, prioritizing high-value commercial initiatives and client-facing time.Global Travel & Logistics: Coordinate complex international travel itineraries, visas, and expense management, ensuring the CCO remains productive on the move.Confidentiality: Handle highly sensitive corporate information, including pre-revenue data, organizational restructures, and strategic partnerships, with absolute discretion.Required Qualifications & Experience:Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of executive administrative support experience, with at least 10 years supporting C-level executives (preferably in a commercial, sales, marketing, or corporate growth environment).Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent corporate experience).Project Management: Proven experience managing cross-departmental projects; certifications like PMP.
