JOB PURPOSESupport the creation and implementation of sales & marketing activities for the Luxury Segment Brands – including, but not limited, to MAGRABi and Avanti. Ensure that the products, pricing strategy, services, and product lines that fall under the brand correspond with the brand positioning and resonate with current and potential customers. To do so, you will continuously monitor market & consumers’ trends and keep a close eye on competitive products & competitions in the marketplace.Qualifications and Education:• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.• Proven ability to work cross-functionally• Creative thinker and problem solver• Strong communication skills• Curious and eager to learn, with awareness of market opportunities and trends.Experience:• 3-5 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing• Exposure to brand activities across one or more markets• Working knowledge of project management principles and techniques.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES• Assist in coordinating 360 degrees projects under the guidance of the Brand Manager• Support the development and implementation of plans aligned with the target market, brief objectives, and brand budgets• Research and analyze consumer behavior, market trends and competitor activity• Help plan and execute sales & marketing initiatives including brand campaigns, events, sponsorships, and corporate social responsibility programs• Track and report on campaigns & promotions’ performance, supporting KPI and ROI assessment • Coordinate the production of advertisements, promotional materials, assets, and campaigns across offline & online• Help ensure that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand positioning and company values• Advocate for the brand internally and support engagement with key stakeholders
