As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Finance Associateto join our Finance Team.About the RoleIn this role, you will work closely with our Head of Finance, playing a key role in supporting financial strategy, driving operational excellence, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the business. Our ideal candidate will have a solid background in finance, with at least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making through financial modelling, business case development, and scenario analysis.Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing insights into performance, risks, and opportunities.Monitor key financial and operational metrics and provide recommendations to support business performance.Partner with the Head of Finance on strategic initiatives, projects, and ad hoc financial analysis.Conduct variance, sensitivity, and scenario analyses to support decision-making and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Support working capital management through cash flow analysis and forecasting.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial objectives with operational goals.Identify and implement improvements to financial processes, systems, and reporting to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.What We OfferCompetitive salary.Opportunity to work closely with senior financial leadership and contribute to strategic decision-making.Professional development and continuous learning opportunities.Collaborative, innovative, and supportive working environment.Opportunity to contribute to a growing brand that is redefining the coffee experience.Engaging and challenging projects with real business impact. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Part-qualified or qualified ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification is desirable.Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or similar roles.High level of English fluency and strong interpersonal skills.Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.Strong knowledge of financial modelling, forecasting, and reporting tools.Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modelling and data analysis, and familiarity with accounting and financial systems.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.Experience analysing financial performance and presenting insights to stakeholders.Strong communication and presentation abilities.Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
