The successful candidate will support the design and fit-out of projects across Esterhase, other client brands, and additional ventures within the wider business portfolio.The role is responsible for preparing detailed shop drawings for interior layouts, furniture, fixtures, and joinery in line with approved design concepts, brand standards, operational requirements, and project timelines. You will translate architectural and interior design concepts into accurate, build-ready technical drawings, coordinate revisions with project managers, consultants, and contractors, and ensure compliance with applicable building regulations, material specifications, and project requirements.You will also get the chance to review site measurements, update drawings as project conditions evolve, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy throughout the design and construction process.This role plays a key part in transforming creative concepts into precise technical documentation, supporting the efficient execution and successful delivery of our projects.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce accurate and comprehensive shop drawings and technical construction documentation in accordance with project requirements, approved design concepts, and industry standards.Prepare detailed drawings for layouts, ceilings, flooring, joinery, furniture, fixtures, signage, and other interior fit-out elements.Interpret and review architectural, structural, and design drawings to identify potential clashes, resolve technical issues, and ensure design intent is maintained.Coordinate and update drawing packages throughout the project lifecycle, incorporating revisions and responding to site conditions as required.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting agreed deadlines and project milestones.Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, project specifications, local regulations, and relevant building codes.Maintain accurate records of drawing revisions, approvals, and project documentation.Liaise with project managers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams to support the successful delivery of projects.Review site measurements and coordinate technical information to ensure drawings accurately reflect site conditions.Recommend suitable materials, finishes, and suppliers that align with project specifications, design intent, quality standards, and budget requirements.What We OfferCompetitive salary.A collaborative and supportive work environment that values creativity and excellence.Expand your expertise through challenging projects and ongoing development opportunities.Engage in stimulating work that demands continuous learning and adaptation.The chance to contribute to innovative, high-quality design and fit-out projects. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.1-3 years of hands-on experience in shop drawing preparation.Proficiency in AutoCAD, including Xrefs, layer management, and drawing coordination, with the ability to produce accurate, detailed, and construction-ready shop drawings for interior fit-out and joinery works.Previous experience in an architectural or interior design environment.Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, finishes, and detailing relevant to commercial interior fit-outs.Ability to interpret architectural and interior design concepts, mood boards, and brand guidelines, translating them into practical and buildable technical solutions.Excellent technical drawing, attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects, drawing packages, and revisions within tight deadlines.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, project managers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, professionalism, and collaborative working practices.Excellent level of English fluency with strong verbal and written communication skills.
