Senior Fit-Out / Architectural Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Fit-Out / Architectural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing retail and commercial fit-out projects, coordinating with designers, contractors, and stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with mall standards, project timelines, and quality requirements.Key Responsibilities:* Review architectural drawings submitted by designers in accordance with the mall fit-out manual and project guidelines.* Create and maintain an approved architectural vendor and material list based on market quality standards.* Manage project scope, schedules, and deliverables using appropriate verification and monitoring techniques.* Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.* Monitor contractors’ performance, attendance, skills, and work attitude, while encouraging continuous improvement.* Prepare snagging reports for all projects and follow up until final closure and client satisfaction.* Prepare project handover reports prior to merchandising and tenant opening.* Manage wayfinding deployment plans, tendering processes, supplier coordination, and final installation.* Prepare and deliver project presentations to stakeholders and management.* Review design requirements and identify the most suitable design solutions for each project.* Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors to monitor, update, and ensure smooth project progress.Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field.* Experience +5years in retail fit-out, mall operations, or construction project coordination.* Strong knowledge of fit-out standards, architectural drawings, and project management.* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.* Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.* Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.Preferred Skills:* Experience with retail and commercial projects.* Knowledge of tendering and wayfinding systems.* Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
