Senior Freight Forwarding (key account manger)

Manage end-to-end freight forwarding operations including air, sea, and land shipments.Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and customs brokers to ensure smooth cargo movement.Prepare and review shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.Handle freight quotations, rate negotiations, and cost optimization with carriers.Resolve shipment delays, customs issues, or operational problems efficiently.Maintain accurate records in the freight management or ERP system.Support junior team members and assist in improving operational processes.Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and agents worldwide. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.5–8 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, Incoterms, and customs regulations.Experience dealing with shipping lines, airlines, and freight agents.Proficiency in logistics systems or ERP software.Good command of English (written and spoken).
