Trucking Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of our trucking fleet, ensuring efficient logistics, compliance with regulations, and exceptional customer service. This role demands strong leadership, in-depth knowledge of the trucking industry, and a proven track record in operations management.Applicants must be based in Suez Governorate. Applications from non-residents will not be considered. - Fleet Management: Supervise the scheduling, routing, and tracking of the company's fleet to ensure timely and efficient delivery of shipment. Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage operations teams, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations. Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local and international safety standards and regulations, including regular maintenance and inspections of vehicles. Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Budget Management: Develop and manage the operations budget, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures. Operations Optimization: Analyze and improve operations processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on fleet performance, driver performance, and operational metrics for senior management. Problem Solving: Address and resolve any operational issues that arise, implementing proactive measures to prevent future occurrences.
