Lead and mentor a team of geotechnical engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.Thoroughly review analyses and designs prepared by geotechnical design team to ensure satisfaction of project requirements.Prepare design reports presenting design bases and/or analysis and design details.Respond to reviewers’ comments on submitted documents in a prompt and accurate manner.Manage and oversee geotechnical projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project objectives, timelines, and quality standards.Conduct comprehensive geotechnical investigations, including field inspections, laboratory testing, and data analysis.Prepare detailed geotechnical reports, analyses, and recommendations for foundations, retaining walls, slopes, and other geotechnical structures.Develop geotechnical design criteria and specifications for a wide range of projects, including infrastructure, buildings, and environmental remediation.Prepare construction drawings for foundations, dewatering, shoring, excavation, and ground improvement, etc.Study tender documents, tender evaluations, construction submittals for various types of geotechnical works.Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.Represent the firm in client meetings, industry forums, and technical conferences with national and international consultant firms.Participate in preparing technical proposals for new projects that require geotechnical input.Stay updated on the latest advancements in geotechnical engineering and industry best practices. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Geotechnical Engineering.Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering is preferred.10-12 years of progressive experience in geotechnical engineering.Strong understanding of geotechnical principles, design methodologies, and industry codes and standards.Proficiency in geotechnical software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering innovative and practical solutions.Experience in leading and mentoring geotechnical teams.Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.Proficiency in English is required
