The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and designs that communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience. They will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to life and deliver high-quality design assets across various channels and platforms.Job Description: Conceptualize and create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media, marketing collateral, and branding materials.Develop and execute creative concepts and ideas that align with brand guidelines and project objectives, ensuring consistency and coherence across all design elements.Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to understand project requirements, target audience demographics, and brand guidelines.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback, incorporate revisions, and ensure timely delivery of design assets.Stay informed about industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to inspire innovative design solutions and approaches.Contribute creative ideas and concepts to brainstorming sessions and design reviews, and actively participate in the development of new projects and initiatives.Assist in the development and maintenance of visual branding elements, including logos, color palettes, typography, and design templates, to ensure brand consistency and recognition.Apply design principles and techniques to enhance brand identity and create memorable visual experiences for our clients and customers.Review design assets for accuracy, consistency, and quality, and ensure they meet project requirements and specifications.Solicit feedback from team members, clients, and stakeholders, and incorporate revisions and improvements as needed to achieve desired outcomesRequirements: Proven track record of success in graphic design roles, with at least 5 years of experience in creating high-quality designs for digital and print media.Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, and Figma.Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles, with an emphasis on creativity, originality, and attention to detail.Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Passion for design and creativity, with a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and composition, and a desire to stay up-to-date on design trends and technologiesWhat we offer:Social insurance coverage in accordance with Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulationsMedical insurance provided by the CompanyFixed-term contract (2 years), renewable upon mutual agreementUp to 2 days per month working from home Annual performance-based bonus of up to two months’ salaryWorking with a global team, with headquarters in Dubai
