1. Creative Design & Execution Develop creative concepts, visual identities, and design solutions aligned with brand guidelines. Design marketing materials including digital ads, social media content, print materials, presentations, and branding assets. Ensure all designs meet quality standards, brand consistency, and project objectives. Review and enhance designs before final delivery. 2. Project Management & Workflow Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Coordinate with marketing, content, and other departments to understand design requirements. Ensure timely delivery of all design projects according to deadlines. Track project progress and resolve design-related challenges. 3. Team Leadership & Supervision Lead, guide, and support junior graphic designers and design team members. Assign tasks, review team output, and provide constructive feedback. Ensure balanced workload distribution across the design team. Support team development through coaching and skill enhancement. 4. Reporting & Communication Prepare and submit regular reports to the direct manager covering: Status of ongoing and completed design projects. Team performance, productivity, and workload. Design challenges, risks, and improvement recommendations. Communicate effectively with management regarding creative direction and priorities. 5. Brand Management & Quality Control Ensure all designs follow brand identity, tone, and visual standards. Maintain and update brand guidelines when required. Monitor market trends and propose creative improvements. 6. Tools & Systems Use professional design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) efficiently. Maintain organized design files and asset libraries. Ensure proper handover and documentation of design projects. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a Real Estate Development is a Must. Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence across digital, print, and branding projects.Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.Solid understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.Experience in managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.close attention to detail with a strong sense of quality control.Ability to think creatively while aligning with business and marketing objectives.Experience in a corporate or agency environment is a plus.Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
