Design Manager – Real Estate DevelopmentKey Responsibilities:• Lead the full design management cycle for real estate projects• Prepare Project Briefs and manage the design vision with stakeholders• Develop and issue RFPs (Request for Proposal) for consultants• Evaluate, appoint, and manage design consultants• Review and negotiate consultant agreements/contracts• Coordinate and review all design stages and technical submissions• Ensure proper coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP drawings• Monitor design quality, project timelines, authority requirements, and deliverables• Follow up on design development from concept to IFC and site support stages• Collaborate closely with project management, technical office, and construction teams Proven experience in real estate development companies is a Must . Strong background in design management and consultant coordination. Excellent knowledge of design processes, contracts, and technical reviews. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
