This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to our creative projects.As a Senior Graphic Designer at Kaizen, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand and property offerings. You will collaborate with our marketing team to develop creative concepts, and bring them to life through various design mediums.ResponsibilitiesCreate visually appealing and impactful designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, and website layoutsCollaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts that align with our brand guidelines and objectivesManage multiple design projects simultaneously, while adhering to deadlinesStay updated on design trends and industry best practices to ensure our designs are current and visually engagingWork closely with printers and external vendors to ensure high-quality production of marketing materialsReview and provide feedback on design deliverables from junior designers or external agencies when necessaryRequirementsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related fieldProven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your workProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Experience in creating designs for both print and digital platformsStrong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theoryExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent time management and organizational skillsAttention to detail and a keen eye for design aestheticsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlinesRemote work experience is preferredExperience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus
