Please apply by mail only.Mid LevelBachelor's DegreeKey Responsibilities:• Develop and execute creative concepts for branding, digital campaigns, print materials, and other marketing assets.• Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and project goals.• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative design solutions.• Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to maintain a high standard of work.• Stay updated on industry trends and tools to keep designs fresh and competitive.• Prepare and deliver presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.• Handle multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency setting.• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and high-quality design work.• Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.• Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a plus.If you meet the skills above, send us your CV & Behance account link at: jobs@dotadagency.com
