Core Responsibilities1. Growth & Lead GenerationDevelop and roll out multi-channel marketing initiatives (paid advertising, SEO, social media, email, webinars, conferences).Manage paid placements across LinkedIn, Google, and regional ad networks.Launch optimization tests (landing pages, CRO experiments, A/B testing).2. Marketing Automation & Customer JourneysAdminister and enhance HubSpot workflows, including segmentation, lead scoring, and automated nurturing tracks.Connect and maintain automation platforms for seamless execution.Design drip campaigns for outreach, onboarding, and long-term engagement.3. Events & AlliancesCoordinate both online and offline events (roundtables, webinars, regional summits).Lead event marketing before, during, and after execution to maximize impact.Partner with GCC event agencies for localized activations.4. Data & InsightsCreate real-time dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio) to evaluate campaign performance.Measure key funnel metrics (awareness, engagement, conversion, retention).Present findings and recommend enhancements based on data-driven insights.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.7-10 years of proven background in growth, digital marketing, and automation.Strong grasp of GCC business and digital transformation trends.Advanced knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Apollo, and lead nurturing workflows.Software background is a must.
