The Senior Guest Experience Host will oversee and enhance the guest experience by ensuring excellent service and engagement. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, addressing inquiries, delivering interactive experiences, and managing daily operations. The role also involves training and mentoring team members, supporting food & beverage operations, and collaborating with sales to promote park offerings.QualificationsStrong verbal and written Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure an exceptional guest experience.2-4 years of experience in Training team members to deliver high-quality service and foster a welcoming environment.Excellent teamwork and leadership abilities to effectively manage and collaborate with staff members.Previous experience in entertainment, recreational activities, or hospitality will be an advantage.Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.interested?! send us your CV at hr@superpark.com.eg
