Senior HR Generalist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily HR operations, personnel activities, recruitment support, performance management, KPIs, employee relations, and ensuring that all HR practices are aligned with Egyptian Labor Law and social insurance regulations.RESPONSIBILITIESHandle employee files, contracts, attendance, leaves, penalties, resignations, and end-of-service procedures.Follow up on social insurance, medical insurance, and all required governmental HR procedures.Support recruitment, screening, onboarding, and orientation processes.Participate in setting and following up on KPIs and performance metrics across departments.Support performance management processes, including performance reviews, probation evaluations, KPI tracking, employee evaluation forms, and performance improvement plans.Coordinate with department managers to define clear measurable objectives and ensure fair performance evaluation.Analyze performance results and prepare HR reports to support management decisions.Ensure HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary actions are properly applied in compliance with Egyptian Labor Law.Support employee relations and maintain a professional and supportive work environment.REQUIREMENTSProven experience 5 years as a Senior HR Generalist or similar role.Strong knowledge of personnel, payroll basics, social insurance, and Egyptian Labor Law.Experience in performance management, KPIs, and employee evaluation systems.Ability to develop and follow up on performance metrics and measurable objectives.Good understanding of HR policies and their practical application in the workplace.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to handle multiple HR tasks professionally and confidentially.Preferably located near Maadi or surrounding areas.BENEFITSMedical InsuranceSocial InsuranceSupportive Work Environment
