Handle employee files, contracts, attendance, leaves, penalties, resignations, and end-of-service procedures.Follow up on social insurance, medical insurance, and all required governmental HR procedures.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.Support onboarding, and orientation processes.Support performance management processes, including performance reviews, probation evaluations, KPI tracking, employee evaluation forms, and performance improvement plans.Coordinate with department managers to define clear measurable objectives and ensure fair performance evaluation.Analyze performance results and prepare HR reports to support management decisions.Ensure HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary actions are properly applied in compliance with Egyptian Labor Law.Support employee relations and maintain a professional and supportive work environment. Proven experience 7 years as a Senior HR Generalist or similar role.Strong knowledge of personnel, payroll, social insurance, and Egyptian Labor Law.Ability to develop and follow up on performance metrics and measurable objectives.Good understanding of HR policies and their practical application in the workplace.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to handle multiple HR tasks professionally and confidentially.
