SummaryGeeks Store is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior HR Specialist to lead and strengthen the company’s HR function.This role is responsible for overseeing full HR operations, optimizing workforce structure, managing compliance and payroll governance, developing performance systems, and driving employee engagement and retention strategies.The position requires both operational excellence and strategic thinking, with clear potential to evolve into an HR leadership role as the company scales.Job Details Location: Sheraton, Cairo Working Days: 5 Days per week Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMKey Responsibilities • Lead and oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning and employer branding. • Design, maintain, and continuously optimize organizational structure and role architecture. • Supervise payroll coordination, compensation structuring, and HR financial alignment with finance. • Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks. • Manage social insurance processes, legal compliance, and regulatory documentation. • Structure and review employment contracts and ensure legal robustness. • Design and implement performance management systems and evaluation frameworks. • Lead employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations when needed. • Oversee attendance systems, leave policies, and HR data accuracy. • Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor law and evolving regulations. • Drive retention initiatives, engagement programs, and culture-building strategies. • Provide HR insights and strategic workforce recommendations to leadership.Requirements • 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including senior-level HR operations or generalist roles. • Proven experience building or restructuring HR systems and processes. • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, compliance frameworks, and social insurance regulations. • Experience in performance management design and compensation structuring. • Strong leadership presence and decision-making capability. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. • High level of ownership, confidentiality, and strategic thinking. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (HR certifications are a plus).Compensation Salary: Competitive (Based on experience and strategic capability)Incentives & Growth • Performance-based salary review after 6 months • Expected increase of 10–15% based on performance and impact • Opportunity to lead HR expansion as team grows • Strategic exposure to executive-level decision-making • Clear path toward HR leadership roleCareer PathYear 1 — Senior HR Specialist Lead HR operations, structure performance systems, optimize policies, and align HR with business goals.Year 2 — HR Lead / Assistant HR Manager Supervise junior HR staff, drive workforce planning, and support executive strategy.Year 3 — HR Manager Own full HR department, lead HR team, and contribute to long-term organizational scaling strategy.Working ContextThis role will initially oversee HR operations for approximately 25+ employees, with expected rapid expansion as Geeks Store grows.The position requires strong operational control, strategic mindset, and the ability to build scalable HR systems that support business growth.
