Senior Human Resources Specialist

Premier Services & Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior HR Specialist to join our growing HR Consultation team and support the delivery of strategic HR solutions for clients across diverse industries.🔹 Key Responsibilities:• Participate in HR consulting and organizational development projects• Conduct HR assessments and recommend practical HR solutions• Develop and review HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks• Support talent management, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives• Conduct salary benchmarking, compensation analysis, and market research• Assist in job evaluation, grading, and organizational structure projects• Analyze HR data and prepare professional reports and presentations• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project execution• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices• Stay updated on market trends and emerging HR practices🔹 Qualifications & Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field• 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably as an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, HR Business Partner, or within HR Consulting• Strong knowledge of Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and Organizational Development• Experience in salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and HR analytics is highly preferred• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems• SHRM, CIPD, or other HR certifications are a plus• Excellent command of English (written & spoken)
