A Master's degree is a distinct advantageIBM WebMethods (Software AG) certified professional (e.g., WebMethods Integration Suite certification), (Preferred) 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise application integration, with at least 4 years in a dedicated ESB architecture or design role Proven track record of delivering ESB solutions within the banking or financial services sector, ideally involving core banking migrations or large-scale integration modernization programs Direct hands-on experience leading the transition from point-to-point integrations to a centralized ESB or API-led connectivity model in a regulated environment Prior involvement in projects integrating Equation, Laserfiche, Cortex, or analogous banking-specific platforms is highly desirable
