The Senior Resale Agent will manage a portfolio of resale properties, handle fresh leads provided by the company, and support clients throughout the buying and selling process. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and following up on leads, scheduling and conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and preparing necessary documentation. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date market knowledge, collaborating with colleagues to close deals efficiently, and providing clear, professional communication to clients. The Senior Resale Agent is expected to represent EgyProperty with integrity and deliver high-quality customer service.Qualifications Proven experience in real estate brokerage, particularly in resale properties in New Cairo or similar markets.Strong client relationship and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and transactions simultaneously.Solid knowledge of local real estate market trends, pricing, and legal procedures related to property transactions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present properties clearly and handle client inquiries professionally.Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car for property visits and client meetings.Comfortable working on-site and meeting performance targets in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Proficiency in basic office and CRM tools for managing listings, leads, and documentation.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
