Core Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and technical support, preferably within FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial environments.Strong experience managing Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365 services.Hands-on experience with endpoint management and deployment solutions such as SCCM, Intune, and CrowdStrike.Advanced knowledge of network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, VPN, VLANs, switching, routing, and firewall administration.Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware and/or Hyper-V) and enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions.Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and IT compliance requirements.Proven experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise applications, servers, workstations, and network infrastructure.Soft Skills & Other RequirementsExcellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests effectively.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with local and regional IT teams.ResponsibilitiesProvide first and second line technical support for factory systems (hardware, software, and networks).Administer and maintain Active Directory, Microsoft 365, servers, network services, user accounts, access controls, and shared resources.Deploy, monitor, and update endpoints; ensure IT security and compliance standards are met.Monitor, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure performance, availability, and security.Experience supporting factory automation systems, OT/IT environments, or industrial technologies.Lead and support infrastructure projects, system upgrades, migrations, and technology rollouts.Ensure backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity standards are implemented and maintained.Develop and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge-sharing materials.
