Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee daily administrative operations and office coordination activities.Prepare, review, and maintain reports, records, contracts, and administrative documentation.Coordinate and streamline communication between departments to ensure operational efficiency.Supervise facilities and support services including maintenance, housekeeping, security, catering, and office supplies.Monitor and evaluate service providers’ performance to ensure compliance with company standards and service quality.Lead and coordinate company transportation operations for employees across different locations and shifts.Communicate effectively with transportation vendors, supervisors, and drivers to ensure smooth and timely transportation services.Maintain and analyze transportation schedules, attendance records, routing plans, and related reports.Handle administrative support requests from management and cross-functional departments.Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of administrative best practices.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.2-3 years of experience in administration, office management, or transportation coordination.Previous experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments is highly preferred.Strong background in managing employee transportation operations and vendor coordination is highly preferred.Good command of English, both written and spoken.Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
