The Senior Interior Designer will lead the design process from concept development through detailed design, including mood boards, space planning, materials selection, and FF&E specifications. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing construction drawings, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors, and ensuring that design intent is accurately translated during execution. The role involves conducting site visits, taking measurements, monitoring progress, and resolving design-related issues in the field. The Senior Interior Designer will manage client presentations, gather feedback, oversee junior designers, and help maintain project schedules and quality standards.Key Responsibilities• Develop compelling interior design concepts and project narratives.• Lead projects through concept, schematic design, and design development stages.• Prepare high-quality presentations, mood boards, and design packages.• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and decorative elements.• Coordinate with technical teams, consultants, suppliers, and FF&E specialists.• Participate in client meetings and presentations.• Support project delivery while maintaining design quality and attention to detail.• Mentor Junior Interior Designers and contribute to the studio's creative culture.What We're Looking For• 4–6 years of professional experience in Interior Design.• Ability to independently lead design packages and client deliverables.• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design ownership, and project involvement.• Excellent concept development, space planning, and presentation skills.• Strong knowledge of materials, furniture, lighting, and interior detailing.• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, and Corona, V-Ray, or equivalent rendering software.• Excellent written and spoken English.Preferred Qualifications• Experience in hospitality, residential, workplace, or commercial projects.• Familiarity with AI-powered design and visualization tools.• Passion for design innovation and continuous growth.
