Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities• Conduct risk assessment for internal finance process.• Executes, monitors & test control activities across all finance areas.• Ensures controls are properly documented by responsible team & implemented.• Maintain compliance with local regulation, standards, laws, IFRS 17, solvency II & AML• Collaborate with other control functions like Internal Audit, Risk Management, compliance, Group IFC and Finance team for all required controls, operational risks & audit observation.• Ensure closure of internal & external finance audit findings with all stakeholders.• Prepare Reports for control performance, issues, and improvement opportunities to the PBR Head / CFO Process documentation & updates.• Support process documentation updates and efficiency initiatives.• Promote a strong control environment to uphold financial integrity and transparency.Job SpecificationsEducation / Certifications:• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, CIA, or equivalent are highly preferred and can be an advantage.Job Qualifications:• 3-5 years of experience in Accounting, Internal controls & Audit.• Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards (IFRS).• Skilled in preparing audit reports, documenting findings, and communicating results to stakeholders.• Proficient in identifying financial and operational risks during audits and recommending mitigation strategies.• Experienced in using financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).• Prior experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
