Our portfolio spans across Dubai’s prime residential and commercial destinations, showcasing our commitment to transparency, customer centricity, quality, integrity and adding value through a construction-driven approach.With some of our exciting launches such as Burj Azizi (the second tallest tower in the world), Monaco Mansions and Azizi Venice – Dubai’s new luxurious Venetian-inspired waterfront community, we are rapidly expanding our capabilities in our Design 360 Studio, where our team seamlessly integrate Architecture, Structures, MEP, Landscape, Interiors and Supervision to deliver a variety of innovative and value driven real estate assets.Responsibilities:Lead and manage all phases of landscape architecture projects, from initial concept to construction documentation and implementation.Provide strategic direction and oversight to project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and expectations.Stay current with design trends, materials, and technologies to infuse cutting-edge elements into projects.Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication, regular updates, and responsiveness.Check all documentation in for final sign-off and distribution, ensuring compliance with QA protocols and CAD standards.Contribute to the creation of innovative and sustainable landscape designs that reflect a deep understanding of site conditions, aesthetics, and functionality.Collaborate with cross-functional team; including landscape architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless execution of design concepts.Assist with documentation of project submittals.Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of landscape architecture principles, including grading, drainage, planting design, and construction detailing.Resolution of all site design issues and specifications.Preparation of CAD drawings for landscape projects including plans, sections, details, etc. for concept work stage, schematic design, design development, detailed design and tender stages.Oversee the preparation of comprehensive and accurate construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates.Mentor and guide junior landscape architects, fostering professional growth and development within the team.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture engineering, or related field.9 to 11 years of relevant structural design experience.Proficiency in design software such as AutoCad, Sketchup, Rhino, Lumion and Adobe Creative Suite.Strong technical knowledge of horticulture, hardscape materials, irrigation systems, and construction methods.Creativity and innovation in landscape designAttention to detail and commitment to qualityWork location: Cairo office
