Job Summary:This role supports growth of the Direct Corporate portfolio by generating new business, handling renewals, and maintaining strong client relationships to achieve retention and profitability targets. The role also analyzes market trends and production performance, while strengthening stakeholder networks.Roles and Responsibilities:Generate new business in the Direct Corporate portfolio by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and ensuring service quality to achieve growth and profitability.Handle the renewal portfolio by tracking cycles, engaging clients, and implementing retention strategies to maintain persistent targets.Support operational processes and service standards by monitoring compliance and implementing corrective actions to ensure service excellence and regulatory adherence.Monitor market trends and competitors, analyze customer approaches, and identify opportunities to enhance market positioning and growth.Prepare and analyze production reports, align with MIS, and implement corrective actions to improve business performance.Maintain and expand a network of contacts, engaging stakeholders to understand requirements and drive business success and client retention.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.Postgraduate studies, such as CII certification, is preferred.7 - 10 years of experience in account management or corporate sales.
