The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and delivery of road and highway projects, ensuring compliance with international standards and project schedules.This role requires strong technical expertise, proficiency in design software, and the ability to collaborate in a global, multidisciplinary environment.Responsibilities:Lead and execute designs for roads and highways projects.Apply international codes and standards such as AASHTO and Middle East Road Standards.Prepare design documents, drawings, calculations, technical reports, BIM models, BOQs, and specifications to the highest quality standards.Ensure timely submission of project deliverables according to schedules.Collaborate with global design centers, discipline leads, and technical specialists.Perform geometric design, alignment, modeling, and analysis using advanced design software.Support project presentations and contribute to technical reviews.Uphold quality standards, safety protocols, and organizational requirements in all deliverables.Demonstrate leadership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive “can-do” attitude under pressure.Manage multiple projects simultaneously.Requirements:EducationBachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited university (mandatory).Master’s degree in Highway/Transportation Engineering is a plus.Experience7-12 years of proven experience in roads and highways design.Preferably with international project exposure (mainly Gulf countries).Technical SkillsProficiency in design software, including: AutoCADAutodesk Civil 3DAutoTURNInfra Works and Dynamo (a plus)Strong knowledge of international and regional road design standards.By Career Level (7–10 years): Strong knowledge of BIM processes, procedures, documentation, and software (e.g., Navisworks).
