Senior Litigation Associate

M. Nasser & Partners Law Firm is hiring a Senior Litigation Associate to join our growing team. The successful candidate will handle complex all kinds of disputes, manage client relationships, lead case strategy, and supervise th execution of the assigned matters across litigation and arbitration.Requirements:Bachelor of law 10+ years of experience.Previous experience in law firms is preferred.Excellent communication skills.Very strong analytical skillsProficient in MS OfficeExcellent time management skills.Able to manage heavy workload.Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and develop a team.Job Responsibilities:Lead and manage litigation and arbitration files from initial assessment through to final resolution.Develop case strategies, assess legal risk, and provide commercially focused advice.Draft and review pleadings, statements of claim/defense, motions, submissions, witness statements and legal memoranda.Prepare evidence files, coordinate with experts, and manage document production/disclosure.Represent clients in hearings, mediations, settlement discussions and enforcement proceedings Act as day‑to‑day contact for clients on dispute matters.Advise on dispute avoidance, risk management and pre‑litigation strategy.Participate in client meetings, calls and negotiations; prepare status reports and strategic updates.Supervise and mentor junior associates on research, drafting and case preparation.Review and quality‑check drafts prepared by junior team members.
