The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and negotiating contracts to drive revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop competitive logistics solutions, analyze market trends, and exceed sales targets. Additionally, the role requires preparing sales plans and reports, as well as managing customer inquiries to ensure high levels of satisfaction.Requirements• 3+ years of experience in account engagement or operation within logistics (preferably in freight forwarding or a relevant field).• Strong understanding of transportation processes and pricing structures• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to clients• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets• Proficiency in CRM software• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.A record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
