The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the FMCG and HORECA segments, managing a portfolio of key accounts, and expanding Kayyan Egypt’s presence in the logistics and distribution market. Daily activities include conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating contracts and pricing, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The role also involves collaborating closely with operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure service quality, resolve issues, and support seamless delivery performance. The Senior Sales Executive will monitor market trends and competitors, maintain an accurate sales pipeline and reports, and contribute to sales planning, forecasting, and achieving revenue targets.QualificationsProven experience in B2B sales, preferably within logistics, shipping, distribution, FMCG, or HORECA sectors.Strong skills in client relationship management, account development, and stakeholder engagement.Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.Effective negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in a fast-paced commercial environment.Comfort with sales reporting, CRM tools, and basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage a structured sales pipeline.High level of ownership, resilience, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on service quality and customer satisfaction.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Familiarity with the Egyptian logistics landscape and local market dynamics is an advantage.
