Senior Logistics Specialist (Import-Export)Location: 6th of October City, Giza, EgyptWorking Hours: Sunday – Thursday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PMWe are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established multinational manufacturing client for a Senior Logistics Specialist (Import & Export) to join its growing operations team in Giza, Egypt.This is an excellent opportunity for logistics professionals with solid experience in import/export operations, customs clearance, and international freight coordination who are looking to advance their careers within a global manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities :Import OperationsCoordinate with overseas suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure ACID applications are completed accurately and on time prior to shipment loading.Monitor international shipments and proactively identify potential transportation delays or operational risks.Apply for and track Form 4 documentation to ensure compliance before shipment arrival.Coordinate customs clearance activities with customs brokers and logistics partners.Arrange inland transportation from the port to the manufacturing facility.Prepare and maintain daily import tracking reports.Review logistics suppliers' performance through monthly KPI evaluations.Verify logistics invoices and coordinate payment processing with the Finance team.Work closely with internal departments, suppliers, and logistics partners to resolve operational issues efficiently.Export OperationsCoordinate logistics solutions and arrange shipment bookings for exports from Egypt to international destinations.Coordinate truck loading schedules with manufacturing facilities and logistics providers.Prepare export documentation, including Commercial Invoice (CI) and Packing List (PL).Monitor export shipments and maintain accurate daily tracking reports.Evaluate logistics service providers through KPI reviews.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient export operations.Requirements :Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Minimum of 3 years' experience in import/export logistics, customs clearance, or international logistics operations.Solid knowledge of Egyptian import regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Good command of both written and spoken English.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Why Apply?Join a reputable multinational manufacturing organization.Attractive salary package based on experience.Long-term career development opportunities within a global business.Exposure to international logistics and cross-border supply chain operations.Collaborative and professional working environment.If you have the relevant experience and are interested in exploring this opportunity, we would be pleased to hear from you.
