What You'll Do:Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns — from brief to production to publication — coordinating with agencies, printers, and digital teams under the Head of Marketing's directionDevelop marketing collateral — product brochures, presentation decks, hospital leave-behinds, digital assets, and promotional materials for assigned product linesCoordinate with Product Management — translate product positioning and clinical value propositions into compelling marketing messages and materialsManage agency and vendor relationships — brief creative agencies, oversee production timelines, review outputs for quality and brand consistency, and ensure delivery within budgetTrack campaign performance — monitor KPIs (reach, engagement, lead generation, ROI), compile performance data, and present post-campaign analysis to the Head of MarketingSupport sales enablement — develop sales tools, presentation templates, and competitive collateral that help the sales team communicate value to hospital customersEnsure regulatory compliance — submit all marketing materials with clinical content to the RA Manager for clearance before distribution; apply brand guidelines consistentlyCoordinate events and conferences — support planning and execution of industry events, hospital symposia, and product launches as assigned Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration (minimum)5+ years total experience – with 3+ years in multi-channel marketing execution (agency, in-house, or combination)Mandatory: Campaign execution experience – managing campaigns from brief through production to publication, coordinating with agencies and vendorsMandatory: Marketing collateral development – brochures, presentations, digital assets, sales toolsStrongly preferred: MedTech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare marketing experience – familiarity with MOHP promotional compliance and RA clearance processes is a major advantageExperience tracking campaign performance and using data to optimise marketing activitiesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlinesPostgraduate qualification or professional marketing certification (CIM, MBA Marketing, or equivalent) preferredFluent Arabic (native) and professional English (writing/reading) – mandatory for agency coordination and marketing strategy communication
