What You’ll Do:Lead ATG's integrated Supply Chain function – Procurement and Domestic Logistics – ensuring product availability for commercial commitments and after-sales spare parts SLAsGovern Egyptian import operations, customs broker performance, and MOHP/EDA import permit coordination with the RA ManagerMaintain optimal inventory levels, minimise slow-moving and near-expiry stock, and achieve inventory turnover targets with zero critical stock-outsDrive GDP compliance across all ATG warehouse locations and lead annual GDP audits without critical findingsManage OEM principal supply relationships, backorder situations, and allocation in shortage scenariosApprove POs, negotiate logistics provider contracts, and govern warehouse standards within COO-delegated authorityLead ERP supply chain module adoption, eliminating manual workarounds and ensuring 100% of transactions in the systemDeliver monthly supply chain performance reports (inventory, import cost, procurement cost, delivery SLA) to the COO Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business Administration (Master’s or APICS/CIPS certification strongly preferred)10+ years minimum experience – with 6+ years in direct supply chain/logistics managementMandatory: Egyptian import and customs experience (customs clearance, tariff classification, import permit processes)Strongly preferred: Medical device, healthcare, or regulated product supply chain experience (MOHP/EDA familiarity a major plus)ERP supply chain module proficiency (Odoo) – not spreadsheet-only managementProven team leadership across multi-disciplinary supply chain functions (procurement + logistics/warehouse simultaneously)Fluent Arabic (native) and English (professional writing/reading) – mandatory for OEM, forwarder, and COO communication
