Senior Mechanical BIM Engineer

Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models for mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.Review project drawings, specifications, and design requirements.Coordinate mechanical BIM models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.Perform clash detection and participate in coordination meetings to resolve conflicts.Ensure BIM models comply with project standards and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).Extract shop drawings, BOQs, schedules, and reports from BIM models.Support site teams with technical clarifications and as-built updates.Mentor and guide junior BIM engineers and modelers.Monitor model quality, accuracy, and project deadlines.Collaborate with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
