The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and reviewing all mechanical technical office activities (HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing systems) across our ongoing contracting projects.🔹 Responsibilities:Prepare and review mechanical shop drawings (HVAC, firefighting, plumbing).Develop and check technical submittals and material approvals.Coordinate with consultants, project managers, and site teams.Perform quantity surveying and prepare BOQs.Issue RFI’s and ensure compliance with project specifications.Support procurement with technical evaluations.Follow up on project progress and resolve technical conflicts.🔹 Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.5–8 years of experience in MEP contracting companies is a must.Strong knowledge of HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing systems.Excellent command of AutoCAD & Revit (preferred).Strong communication and coordination skills.Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.📩 How to ApplyIf you meet the criteria and are looking for a stable, growth-focused environment, please send your updated CV to:careers@quarcom-eg.comSubject: Senior Mechanical Technical Office Engineer
