Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.2 to 4 years of experience in media buying, digital advertising, or a related marketing role.Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Excellent negotiation and communication skills for dealing with media vendors and internal stakeholders.Experience working with marketing analytics tools and ad management platforms.Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
