The Group is also a national market leader in herbal teas and continues to promote sustainable agriculture through specialized associations and centers.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Medical Representative role based in Cairo, Egypt, supporting Atos Pharma across Cairo and Upper Egypt. The Senior Medical Rep will promote and detail Atos Pharma’s product portfolio to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and medical institutions, in line with company strategy and ethical standards. Daily tasks include planning and executing field visits, delivering scientific presentations, responding to product inquiries, and collecting market and competitor insights to support business growth. The role involves building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with healthcare stakeholders, ensuring high-quality customer service, and achieving or exceeding sales targets for the assigned territory. The Senior Medical Rep will also coordinate with marketing and sales teams, prepare regular activity and performance reports, and participate in internal trainings and medical events to stay updated on product and market developments.Qualifications Strong foundation in healthcare-related knowledge, ideally with a background in Medicine or Pharmacy.Proven Medical Sales experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals or healthcare products, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals.Ability to plan and manage a field-based schedule effectively, including regular travel within Cairo and Upper Egypt.Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, or a related life-science field is preferred.Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and good command of English.Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.Comfort working within ethical, regulatory, and compliance frameworks relevant to pharmaceutical promotion.
