The company is dedicated to delivering safe, effective, and affordable pharmaceutical products to patients worldwide.Role Description The Senior Medical Representative role at Pharco Corporation is a full-time, on-site position based in Giza (Haram/Dokki/Mohandeseen). The role involves promoting Pharco’s pharmaceutical portfolio to healthcare professionals, including physicians and pharmacists, through regular visits, scientific presentations, and product detailing. The Senior Medical Representative is responsible for building and maintaining strong professional relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and achieving sales objectives within the assigned territory. Daily tasks include planning and executing field visits, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and providing feedback to the sales and marketing teams. The role also includes organizing and participating in medical events, supporting product launches, and maintaining accurate records of activities in line with company policies and compliance standards.QualificationsStrong Medical Sales skills, including territory management, negotiation, and achievement of sales targets.Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build trust with healthcare professionals and respond effectively to their needs.Solid foundation in Medicine and Pharmacy to confidently discuss product indications, benefits, and safety profiles.Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, or a related medical field.Previous experience as a medical representative, preferably at senior or advanced level within the pharmaceutical industry.Ability to work independently in the field, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM tools for reporting and territory management.Strong ethical standards, adherence to compliance guidelines, and commitment to patient safety.Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned Giza areas (Haram/Dokki/Mohandeseen).
