The role involves promoting aesthetic and dermatology products to physicians, dermatologists, aesthetic practitioners, clinics, and hospitals, with a focus on driving sales growth and market share. The Senior Medical Sales Representative will plan and execute territory sales strategies, conduct product presentations and demonstrations, organize educational visits, and participate in conferences and events. Daily tasks include building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and providing accurate forecasting and reporting. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and medical teams to stay informed on product updates, market trends, and competitor activity, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and company policies.Qualifications Strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management, account development, and negotiation in the healthcare or aesthetic/dermatology field.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage healthcare professionals, deliver product information clearly, and provide responsive support.Solid foundation in Medicine or Pharmacy (bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related life science is preferred).Proven experience in aesthetic, dermatology, or medical device sales is highly advantageous.Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and use CRM tools effectively.Strong presentation and training skills for product education and in-clinic support.Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized, with the ability to manage a field-based schedule.Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Cairo and, when needed, across the region.Proficiency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written, is an advantage.
