Senior Odoo ERP Consultant / Implementation Specialist

Role Description This full-time remote role as a Senior Odoo ERP Consultant / Implementation Specialist at Khair Steel Industrial Company focuses on leading end-to-end ERP implementation projects, with a primary emphasis on Odoo. The position involves collaborating with business stakeholders to analyze existing processes, gather requirements, and translate them into effective Odoo configurations and customizations. The specialist will design and document workflows, set up modules (such as finance, inventory, sales, and manufacturing), perform system testing, and coordinate data migration activities. Responsibilities include training end users, preparing user guides, providing post-go-live support, and continuously optimizing the system to align with evolving business needs. The role may also involve working with technical teams to define integrations, resolve issues, and ensure that ERP solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with internal policies.Qualifications Strong understanding of business process analysis and design, with the ability to map and optimize workflows across functions such as operations, supply chain, and finance.Proven analytical skills to interpret data, identify gaps, and propose practical ERP solutions that support strategic decision-making.Hands-on experience with ERP implementations, including project scoping, configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support.In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) concepts and Odoo modules, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.Solid foundation in finance processes (e.g., general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting) and their integration within ERP systems.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and translating business requirements into technical specifications for developers.Strong communication and documentation skills, including the ability to present solutions and train diverse user groups.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications in ERP or Odoo are a plus.Prior experience in industrial, manufacturing, or steel-related sectors is advantageous.Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
