About the RoleExtraMile Business Solutions is seeking a highly skilled, seasoned Senior Odoo Functional Consultant with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end ERP implementations. You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and Odoo standard functionalities, ensuring seamless digital transformations for our enterprise clients.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Mapping: Conduct thorough business processes engineering, gap analysis, and map client requirements to Odoo standard workflows.End-to-End Implementation: Configure, test, and deploy core Odoo modules (Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, CRM, Sales, and Purchase).Data Migration & Strategy: Oversee data cleaning, mapping, and import/export processes from legacy systems to Odoo.User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Training: Design UAT scenarios, deliver structured corporate training, and manage post-go-live hypercare support.Documentation: Author comprehensive Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) and user manuals.Essential QualificationsMinimum 3–5 years of solid, hands-on experience as an Odoo Functional Implementer/Consultant.Proven participation in at least 3 full-lifecycle Odoo implementations (from inception to post-go-live).Deep understanding of accounting principles, inventory valuation methods, and supply chain workflows within Odoo.Strong consulting mindset with the ability to influence clients toward standard features over heavy customization.Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.How to ApplyIf you meet the 3-year minimum benchmark and possess a standard-first implementation philosophy, apply directly or send your updated resume and implementation portfolio to: https://extramile-egy.com/jobs/detail/odoo-implementer-15
