Head of Strategic Management Officer (SMO) Full-time · On-site · Alexandria, Egypt About the Role: Strategic nerve centre connecting HR, Finance, and Internal Audit. Drives performance alignment, translates corporate goals into departmental KPIs, and delivers executive-level reporting through Power BI and advanced Excel dashboards.Responsibilities • Lead strategic planning cycle across HR, Finance & Internal Audit — cascade OKRs and KPIs• Build and maintain Power BI / Excel dashboards for real-time performance monitoring• Manage cross-functional initiatives end-to-end (scope, timeline, risk, stakeholders)• Prepare board-level reports and strategic presentations for senior leadership• Manage and develop a team of departmental SMOsRequirements• Bachelor's in Business, Finance, or related — postgraduate degree (MBA / MSc) strongly preferred• PMP or equivalent project management certification — required• 4–6 years in strategic planning, PMO, or management consulting• Hands-on experience with Power BI and advanced Excel dashboards• Background spanning at least 2 of: HR, Finance, Internal AuditTechnical Stack Power BI · Advanced Excel · MS Project / Asana · PowerPoint · KPI & OKR Frameworks · Data Modelling
