Senior Officer (Field Visits Collection)-SMEs

· Conducts daily field visits to delinquent customers based on pre-planned routes to ensure direct follow-up and recovery actions focusing on SMEs Customers· Negotiate payment plans and settlements directly with customers while maintaining a professional and manner approach to maximize successful debt recovery.· Locate customers who have changed their addresses or contact information to support effective account resolution· Document the outcome of each field visit accurately to ensure proper reporting and tracking of collection activities (e.g., & “Promise to Pay”, “Refusal to Pay”, OR “Address Vacant”) in the collection system.SkillsWhat will you need?· Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce on any related field.· Experience: 2-3 years’ Experience.· Technical Proficiency:o Ownershipo Functional Skillso Ideas presentation and Taking initiativeo Continuous Learning o Customer Centricityo Communication and negotiation skills, problem-solving, customer service, teamwork, and target achievement
